ILN has implemented the new service booking system that allows managing requests and orders in real time.
The platform is entirely programmed and built according to the specific needs of our chaffered limousine service company and thanks to the use of the most modern technologies, it allows monitoring the service in all its phases.

1. Assignment of Chauffeur and Vehicle
   Once the service order is received, ILN partner will assign the most suitable chauffeur and vehicle to provide transport services to the Customer.
2. Automated notifications and reminders
   Two hours prior to pick-up, the system transmits a notice to the chauffeur who will render the service, indicating all details in order to drive the Customer with utmost care.
3. Integrated GPS and tracking
   The chauffeur notifies his position and all following steps to ILN in real time: passenger pick-up, arrival to destination and drop off, ensuring complete monitoring of the service, also remotely.
